       Taxed for three in the same household were Jno Davis, Jos. Bennet, and
       Jams Bennett, implying that James was at least age 16.
19. Susanna Bennett will, St. Mary's Co., Maryland wills JJ#2, pp. 180-181.
      Her will was written on 21 May 1800 and proved 12 Aug. 1800. She named daughter
      Margaret Thomas, granddaughter Mary Thomas, daughter Blanch Pavett, daughter
      Elizabeth Pavett. John Pavett [relation not stated]. Sons Joseph Turner Bennett,
      James Bennett, and Fielder Bennett. She made her "brother" Joseph Bennett her
      executor.  Witnesses were Thomas Biscoe and William Bennett.
      The only Joseph Bennett of a similar age to Susanna who was old enough to have a
      granddaughter was Joseph b. ca. 1753. It is thought he was a "brother"-[in-law] to
      Susanna by she having married James Bennett.
