To all people to whom these presents Shall Come Know that we Henry SANDERS
& Nancy SANDERS His Wife of Rowan County & State of North Carolina for and
in consideration of the Love and Good will and affection which we have and do
bear Towards our Loveing Son Hugh SANDERS of the County and State aforesaid
have Given and Granted and by these presents do freely Give and Grant unto the
Sd. Hugh SANDERS his Heirs Executors or Admrs. all and Singular our Goods
& Chattles rights and credits which we now possess or may hereafter possess
that shall remain until Both our Deaths & at both our Deaths what remains
of the property we now possess and what remains of the property we may
hereafter possess then the right of the above mentioned property rights
and credits is then to descend to him the Sd. Hugh SANDERS his Heirs, Exrs.
or administrators and not until then To have and to hold thd Sd. property
and Including all our Stock of Every kind with our Household Goods &
furniture and Farming utensils of Every Description to him the Sd. Hugh
SANDERS his Heirs Executors or administrators by him or them or either of 
them freely to be possessed & Enjoyed from the Death of Each of us and 
from thence henceforth as his or their Goods and Chattles absolute
without any manner of aulteration or condition whatsoever In Witness whereof
we have hereunto set our hands & Seals this fifth Day of October one
