In the Name of God Amen I John Rabensotck of Cresham in the County of Philada
in the Province of Pennsylva yeoman being of Sound and perfect Mind and 
Memory tho weak in Body calling unto Mind the Mortality of my Body and
knowing that it's appointed for all Men once to dye Do make and ordain this
my Last Will and Testament that is to say Principally and first of all I give and
Recommend my Soul into the hands of God that gave it and for my Body I
recommend it to the Earth to be buried in a Christian Like and decent manner
at the discretion of my Execr hereinafter named and as touching such
Worldly Estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me in this Life I devise
and dispose of the same in the following manner.
  Imprimis it is my Will and I do order that in the first place all my just debts
and funeral Chargs be paid and Satisfied.
  Item I give and bequeath unto my daughtr Sibilla the Sum of one shilling to be
paid her in one Month after my decease.
  Item I give bequeath and devise to my well beloved Son Derick Rabensotck whom I
Likewise Constitute make an ordain my only and Sole Exr of this my Last Will and
Testamt all and Singular my Land Messuages and Tenemts To hold to him his heirs
and asss for ever and also all other my Estate and Effects of what kind soever
and I do hereby utterly disallow revoke and disannull all and every other former
Testament Wills Legacys and Exrs be me in any wise before this time named willed
and Bequeathed Ratifying and Confirming this and no other to be my Last Will and
Testamt In Witness whereof I have hereunto put my hand and Seal this twentieth
day of October in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and forty two.

Signed published pronounced and declared by the said John Rabenstock as his
Last Will and Testamt in the presence of us the word hold being blemished
and him writ in the Margent.

  Philada September 10th 1745 Then personally appeared Christopher
Bastian and Thomas Yorke of the Witnesses to the foregoing Will and the sd
Christopher Bastian on his Solemn affirmation according to Law and the sd Thomas
Yorke on his oath respectively did declare the[y] --- --- ---- John Rabenstock
the Testator therein named Sign Seal publish and declare the same Will to be his
Last Will and Testament and that at the doing thereof He was of sound Mind Memory
an understanding to the best of their knowledge and that Harman Groothause
(since deceased) the other witness thereto did also Subscribe his Name as a Witness
in the presence of and at the Request of the Testator.

Be it Remembered that on the Tenth day of Septemr 1745 The Last Will and
Testamt of John Rabenstock deceased was proved in due form of Law and
probate and Letters Testamentary were granted to Dirick Rabenstock Execr
in the sd Testamt named being first Legally Sworn well an truly to  admr
the sd Decedts Estate and to bring an Inventory thereof into the Regr
Genl office at Philada at or before the Tenth day of October
next and render a true account when thereunto Lawfully required.
