In The Name of God Amen the 25th day of November 1673 According to the
Computation of the Church of England I Nicolas Greenbery of Hathorppe
Bucher in the County of Lincoln being in perfect memory and Remembrance
praised by god doe make and ordaine this my last will and Testament in 
manner and forme following
Viz
First I bequeath my Soule into the hands of Almighty go my maker hoping
that through the Meritortious death and passion of Jesus Christ my only
Saviour and Redeemer to receive free pardon and forgivenes of all my
sinns and as for my body to be buried in Christian buriall att the 
discretion of my Executrix hereafter nominated.
   Item I give to Elezabeth my wife a bedsted & a featherbed and other 
things belonging to it a brasse potte a pan of ten glands an other pan
of 3 gallands five puter dishes one Chist and one Chaire and table and
the house at Swinsted and my wife is to have a Joyne forme and She is to 
have halfe a yeare time at Hathorpe to provide for her selfe.
   Item I give to my daughter Anne a bedstad in the Chamber over the
palor and a feather bed and other things belonging to it over the loft
foure puter Dishes too littell pans one Chaire one Barrill and Ten
Shillings to be paid Six month after my decese.
   Item I give to my daughter Elezabeth three pounds ether in goods or
money.
   Item I give to my daughter Mary three pounds ether in goods or money.
   Item I give to my Grandchild Anthony too pounds to be paid when he is
one and Twenty yeares of age.
   Item I give to my So Cutberd and his too Children one shilling a peece.
   Item I give to my Edward and his too Children one Shilling a peece.
   Item I give to my son Peter one shilling.
   Item I give to my son Nicolas one shilling.
   Item I give to my Sister Marry five shilling.
   Item all the rest of my good and Chattell whatsoever I give to my son
John upon the Condition that he shall pay all my debts and legacies, and
make him my Executor of this my last will and Testament revokeing all
other wills and Testaments.
