Tyrone townshipe & County of Lancaster & province of Pensellvania farmer
being verey sick and week of body but of parfect Mind & Memory thanks be
Given to God therefor Calling unto Minde ye Mortalety of my body & Knowing
that all itt is apointed for all men once to dye do make & ordaine This
my Laste will and Testement that is to say Principley & first of all I
give & Recommend my soul into ye Hands of God that gave itt and for my
body I Recommend itt to ye Earth to be Byried in a Christin Lick & Decent
Manner att ye discresion of my Executors Nothing doubting but att ye
General Resurrection I shall Recieve ye same again by ye Mighty power of
God & as touching such worldly Effects wherewith itt hath plesed God to
bless me in this Life I give devise and dispose of ye Same in ye following
Manner & forme
Imprimis itt is my will & I do order that in ye first place all my Just
Debts & funeral Charges be paid & Satusfied.
I give and bequath unto Jaine my Deerley beloved wife ye planteshon I
now Live one During her wedowhod & if shee my said wife Marrey shee is to
departe the plase Leving the Incobence one having ye tords of ye moveables.
Item I give & bequath unto my well beloved Son John Feeld the sum of
fifteen pound to be paid of my said Esteate one halfe of ye said fifteen
in one yeer after my Desese and ye other half withing a year after that
is to say ye Insuing year after.
Item I give & bequath to my well beloved Son William Feeld my said
planteshon att ye Death of my wife or ye day of her Marreg with all and
singler my Good & Chatels he paying to my Son Robert Feeld the Sum of
twentey pound when he arivs att ye years of twentey one and to my Son
Jeremiah Feeld ye Sum of Eighteen pound when he Arives to ye years of
twentey one & to my Son Josaph Feeld ye Sum of Seventeen pound to be paid
when he a Rives of Twentey one and to my well beloved Daughters Mery &
Ann Feeld therteen pounds appees when the arive to ye years of Eighteen
and each of them a Cow Likewise I do Constetute & apointe my well Beloved
wife & my Trusty frend William Proctor my only & Sole Executors of this
my last will & testement Conferming this & no other to be my Last will &
Testement in witness whereof I have Heerunto sett my hand and Seal ye day
