At the foot of the aforegoing will was written (viad)
May the 27 1729 Then Came George Brett and made Oath on the holy Evangelists
that he saw the above named Oliver Burch sign and seal the above and heard
him publish and declare the same to be his Last Will & Testament and that
at the time of his so doing he was of sound and perfect memory to the best
of his Judgment and that no other person was called at that time as a
wittness or subscribed as such.
Sworn before me S. Hanson D Comry
James Philips being present when the above probate was made declared that
the above will was brought to him some time after it was signed and he and
his wife were desired to subscribe the same as wittnesses which they did
but not in the presence of the Testator nor at his request neither did he
the Said James ever hear him mention anything concerning Said will either
before or after.
