In the Name of God Amen September the 24th day 1791
I James Cunningham of the County of Guilford and state of North Carolina
being isck and Weak in Boddy But of perfect mind and memory thanks be
given unto god therefore Calling unto mind the Mortality of my boddy and
Knowing that it is Appointed for all men to dye do make and ordain this
my last Will and Testament that is to say prinsipally and first of all I
give and Recommend my sole into the hands of god Who gave it and for my
Boddy I Recommend to the earth to be Buried in Cristenlike and Desent
Manner at the Decression of my Executors hereafter Mentioned and as Tuching
such worldly Estate Wherewith it hath pleased god to Bless me with in this
life I give and Devise and Dispose of the same in Manner and form following
  Item I give unto Two sons Jerimiah Cunningham Mathew Cunningham whom I
likewise make and Constitute my only sole Executors of this my last will
and Testament all my lands that I am possesed of likewise a Wagon and all
my plantation Tolls and all my Horses that will not hereafter be Mentioned 
to be possessed and Injoyed by them for Ever.
  Item I give unto My Daughter Isabel Cunningham my young sorrel Mare and
saddle to be possessed and Injoyed by her forever.  Item I give unto my
three Children Namely Jeremiah Cunningham Matthew Cunningham Isable
Cunningham all my household furniture likewise all my Cattle hogs sheep
and Every other thing not Mentioned above to be Equal Divideds Among the
above Named three Children to be possesed and Injoyed by thim forever.
  Item I give unto my Son William Cunningham five shillings only of my
Estate.
  Item I give unto my Daughter Elizabeth Burney five shillings only of 
my Estate.
  I do hereby disallow Revoke and Disalnul all and Every other form
Testament Will and lagesey bequathed by me in any other Way before this
Time Named Wild and bequathed Ratifying and Confirming this and no other
to be my last Will and Testament in Witness hereof I have hereunto
set my hand.
